These are systems I have worked on as architect, CTO or engineering lead. On every one I owned the requirements, the architecture and the technology decisions and oversaw the engineering. On many I also wrote a large share of the code myself, and on everything from my co-founded engineering company, the architecture and much of the code are mine.

The backend and dashboard for a gaming and metaverse platform: a game engine that scores, ranks and rewards players across 100+ games, and a daily resource economy tied to land, NFTs and in-game activity.

UAV mission command and control on ROS2 and DDS
A custom command-and-control and ground-control system for multi-UAV missions, built on ROS2 with Fast-DDS, with encrypted links, imagery intelligence and an Electron ground-control station.

Country-scale geospatial data pipeline
Nationwide ETL for terrain, imagery, roads and urban data, feeding an offline mission platform, with place search and route navigation that work with no network, and map tiles packed into each delivery.

Layer-1 blockchain infrastructure
Validator and staking nodes, a self-hosted multisig wallet, a block explorer, a staking platform, token pricing, an NFT marketplace and production smart contracts on a customised Ethereum-fork Layer-1.

Long-range antenna tracking and multi-link communications
A directional ground antenna that stays locked on the aircraft from its live telemetry, with links over direct RF, 4G and WiFi and a satellite link designed for beyond-line-of-sight.

In-flight entertainment platform for a national Gulf carrier
An Android passenger-entertainment app whose AES-256 encrypted media plays through an in-app local streaming server and is never written to storage decrypted, plus a separate news and digital-magazine system for the carrier's website.
